Meet Alex Hill, she's the newest addition to the team - and she fits right in!
New Trainer Announcement!
Please welcome Alex Hill, to our Personal Training Team. Alex is new to her PT career, however she is exceptionally well rounded in both the sporting & academic world, and will soon be putting her skills to use in the gym, hands on, helping you to achieve your health and fitness targets. For several who have struggled to book lately, given our 'until now' lack of availability, Alex will come as a welcomed relief, given that she does, for now atleast, have space to take your bookings.
Here's a little bit about Alex, in her own words:
'Driven, competitive, motivated England International athlete (400m hurdles) , University of Bath graduate, Fitness instructor, Personal Trainer and all – round health and fitness enthusiast. I am passionate about the health and fitness sector with a huge interest in motivating and helping others to be the best they can be, and achieving their fitness goals. Through 10 years + of competitive, elite sport I have become a driven, committed individual. I love a challenge and have always employed a wide range of training styles and techniques to suit each individual to ensure they enjoy their training as much as they do their results. I have worked with clients who require fat loss, functional training for specific sports and individuals who are just starting out on their fitness journey.'
