Technology, we live in a world full of it! In addition to our current static Fitness Assessments, such as Body Composition & Blood Pressure, we are eagerly awaiting delivery of our new state of the art Micro Spirometer. This will allow us to quickly, and efficiently, assess a clients lung power, efficiency, & capacities. This will be an invaluable tool for tracking the improvements to the health of a clients' lungs, as a result of the training that they do with us here. We are able to monitor and assess Respiratory health, including the ability to spot indications of lung diseases, such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD). Not only will you see the results on the outside - but you'll now be able to see the results inside too! This service will be available from the upcoming New Year. And finally, work has begun on our 'New Gym'. Our home will still be at Body Active Gym in Sawbridgeworth, but with building work now underway, we are hopeful to have a brand new facility before Summer 2018 - fingers crossed for no delays! This will be on almost the same site as we are currently, just 200 yards away, and our Personal Training Clients will be able to benefit from our very own exclusive lounge!
